Valued customers are encouraged to keep in mind important details to guarantee a smooth and effortless ordering experience

 By completing your payment, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: 

  • Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed once payment has been completed. 
  • You agree to the specified waiting periods: Printing/laser-cut items may take 2-3 weeks. 
  • Baby items have a waiting period of 4-6 weeks. 
  • Pottery items: 2-3 weeks for completion.
  • Steel items: 2-3 weeks.
  • Unless items are in stock it will be dispatched immediately 

Please make sure to check the spelling of names, as we cannot take responsibility for any errors.

Please note that external factors, such as load shedding, misprints, Unintentional breakages that occurred while not in our care etc, are beyond our control in business operations. 

While order delays may occur due to these circumstances, we cannot be held responsible for such instances.

  • Deliveries are handled by courier guy, typically taking 2 to 3 working days. 

  • If you suspect any issues with your item due to rare courier mishaps, kindly reach out to us before returning the package to the courier company.

    It is essential to inform us promptly, as failing to log the return correctly may result in the loss of your package, a situation beyond our control.

    Please keep in mind that the colors and sizes depicted in the images might differ from the actual prints due to digital variations.

    Once drafts receive approval through E-Mail / WhatsApp, we will not be responsible for any errors.
